Home Watch Services for Glen Cannon Homeowners
Glen Cannon is one of Pisgah Forest's established country-club communities — a wooded, golf-course neighborhood minutes from Brevard and the entrance to Pisgah National Forest. Its mix of full-time and seasonal residents means many homes sit quiet for long stretches, and that's exactly when trouble takes hold.
In this wet climate, the biggest threat to an empty home is moisture: lingering humidity, a dehumidifier that quits, a slow roof or window leak, damp settling into a crawlspace until mold and rot follow. A failing HVAC unit runs unnoticed; a gutter clogs with forest leaf-fall and sends water against the foundation. None of it announces itself.
We work with discretion inside the community — we don't discuss who we serve, and nothing about how we show up signals that an owner is away.
What We Do at Every Visit
Kyle or Kylee visits your Glen Cannon home on the schedule you choose. Every visit is a full interior and exterior walkthrough — water systems, HVAC and dehumidifiers, roof, gutters, crawlspace, windows, doors, garage, and outbuildings — documented with photos and a detailed report afterward.
Storm & Weather Response
After heavy rain, severe storms, or a hard freeze, we conduct additional storm walkthroughs and report back promptly, included at no extra charge.
